These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ServicePulse (“Service”), operated by ServicePulse (“we”, “our”). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
2. Plans and billing
Free plan features are provided at no charge and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].
3. Vendor data
ServicePulse monitors publicly available vendor status pages. We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of vendor status data. Status information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for operational decisions.
4. Status pages and subscriber data
If you use the status page feature, you are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with applicable laws regarding your subscribers' email addresses. You must only send notifications to subscribers who have opted in through your public status page subscribe form.
5. AI features
AI-generated incident summaries are automated outputs and may contain errors. They are not professional advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServicePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
